Ordering
Why don't you match prices with other companies?
At Kid Advance Montessori, we don't price match because our Montessori materials aren't sourced from third-party suppliers — we manufacture them ourselves at our own 50,000 sq-ft production facility, giving us direct control over every stage of quality and craftsmanship. Our materials are made from high-quality solid beechwood with water-based paint that meets both European and United States safety standards.
What this means for you: you're not paying a markup on someone else's product. You're buying directly from the manufacturer — which is why we can offer authentic, high-quality Montessori materials at prices that are already as competitive as possible without compromising the standards our customers rely on.
Do I have to register to place an order?
No. You can place an order as a guest or as a registered customer. Registering gives you faster checkout on future orders, easy order tracking, and access to our special offers. If you prefer not to order online, you're also welcome to place an order by phone.
How do I place an order?

Local Pickup: You're welcome to pick up your order at our Rancho Cucamonga location during business hours, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm PST. Please place your order by phone first and request local pickup — no shipping fee will apply. You can also leave a pickup request in the comments field at the end of your online order.

How do I change or cancel an item in my order?
We process and ship orders quickly — sometimes on the same day. To change quantities or cancel an item, please contact us as soon as possible at (888) 532-6686 or email info@kidadvance.com. Changes can only be made before your order has been processed for shipment.
Can I request express delivery?
US customers who need expedited shipping can contact us at (888) 532-6686 after placing their order to request a shipping quote. Please note that expedited shipping may not be available for all locations or out-of-stock items. We do not currently offer expedited shipping for international orders.
Shipping & Order Tracking
How will I know if an item is back-ordered?
We maintain 99% of our inventory in stock at all times. If an item you ordered is back-ordered, a customer service representative will notify you by email. Back-ordered items typically take 2–4 weeks to restock, as we receive new shipments monthly. Your item will ship as soon as it arrives.
How do I track my order?
If you placed your order as a registered customer, log in to your account and click "Account" to view your order history and tracking information. Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes. Local pickup is available Monday–Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm PST at our Rancho Cucamonga location. Please place your order by phone first and request local pickup — no shipping or handling fee will apply. You can also leave a pickup request in the comments field at the end of your online order.

How do I return a product?
Please visit our Returns page for full details on our return process. We recommend inspecting all products upon delivery — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items reported more than 30 days after receipt. If you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@kidadvance.com.
Account & Security
How do I create or edit my account?
Click the "Account" link at the top of our site to create a new account or update your existing information. Your personal information is never shared with or sold to any third party. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
I forgot my password.
Click the "Account" link at the top of our site and select "I forgot my password." Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password. If you don't receive the email, it's possible the order was placed as a guest or under a different email address.
Is my information secure at checkout?
Yes. Kid Advance Montessori uses 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information during every transaction. We never share, sell, or release customer information to third parties. Credit card details are removed from our system after payment is successfully processed.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Kid Advance Montessori takes payment security seriously. Our site uses SSL encryption for all transactions and we never store credit card information after payment is processed. Should unauthorized charges ever occur on your card through information provided to us, you will not be held liable — and Kid Advance Montessori will cover any charges your bank requires you to pay under the Fair Credit Billing Act (up to the legal maximum of 7% of the charged amount).

What payment methods do you accept?

All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by your card-issuing bank. Please note that gift cards are not accepted for any of the above card types. For orders shipped to an address different from your billing address, additional verification may be required.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in California. Our current sale tax rate is 8.25%.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your order.
