At Kid Advance Montessori, we stand behind every Montessori material we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We expect every customer to be 100% satisfied with the products and service we provide. If at any time within 30 days of your purchase you are not fully happy, you may return the item for a refund subject to the following conditions:

• A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• All returns must be approved before shipping back — please contact us first
• Once approved, please note your order number and reason for return
• Returned items must be received by Kid Advance Montessori within 14 days of return approval
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Errors and Defective Items

In the unlikely event that we've made an error with your order or a product arrives defective, please contact us immediately within 30 days of your delivery date. We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.

Clearance Items

All clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Clearance items are sold in as-is condition. Please review your order carefully before purchasing clearance products.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before your credit card has been charged — free of charge. Once payment has been processed, a 7% refund processing fee will apply to cover payment gateway costs. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it — please refer to our return policy above.
