How to Order

Ordering from Kid Advance Montessori is quick and easy. Browse our full collection of authentic Montessori materials and place your order online or by phone. Here's how:

Online Ordering

Follow these simple steps to place your order online:

Step 1 — Select items and add them to your cart
Browse our categories to find the items you're looking for. You can also search by item number, name, or keyword. Once you've found an item you'd like, click the "Add to Cart" button. Having trouble adding items to your cart? Call us for help at (888) 532-6686.

Step 2 — Begin Checkout
When you're ready to check out, click the "Shopping Cart" link, then click "Proceed to Checkout." If you haven't already signed in, you'll be taken to a sign-in page where you can log in or continue as a guest.

Step 3 — Provide shipping information
Enter your shipping address as accurately as possible. Be sure to include an apartment, unit, or suite number if applicable. Please note we do not ship to PO Box addresses within the contiguous United States.

Step 4 — Provide billing and payment information
We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
• Check or Money Order: Select "Check/Money Order/Wire Transfer" at checkout. Payment must be received within 7 business days of placing your order. Please note we will not ship your order until a check has cleared (5–7 business days). We do not accept international checks or money orders.
• Wire Transfer: Contact us at (888) 532-6686 or email orders@kidadvance.com for our bank account information.
• International Orders: Credit card is the only accepted payment method for all international orders.

Step 5 — Review your order
Before submitting, take a moment to verify your billing address, shipping address, and the items in your cart. The order total will display your subtotal, applicable sales tax, and shipping charges. Once everything looks correct, click "Place Order." Your order will be submitted to Kid Advance Montessori and your order number will be displayed on screen. You'll receive an order confirmation Email shortly with complete billing, shipping, and purchase details — and another Email when your order has shipped.
