Calculating Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated before you submit your payment information. Simply add items to your cart, enter your shipping zip code, and click "Calculate." For international orders, select your country from the dropdown menu and click "Calculate." Some international orders may require a manual shipping quote — please contact us directly if needed.
Furniture Orders — Important Note
If your order contains furniture items, please disregard the shipping estimate shown on the website. Furniture shipping costs are calculated separately based on the weight and dimensions of your order. We will contact you after confirming the actual shipping cost with our carrier.
We recommend contacting us for a shipping quote before placing any furniture order. Send the SKU or product name along with your shipping address to info@kidadvance.com or call (888) 532-6686 and we'll get you a quote.
Domestic Shipping
Orders within the contiguous United States are shipped via FedEx. Orders to non-contiguous states, PO Box addresses, APO, and FPO addresses are shipped via USPS.
Shipping rates:
• Orders $100 and under: flat rate of $17
• Orders over $100: calculated at 13% of the order subtotal
• Orders $3,000 and over: shipped via LTL freight on a pallet through a trucking company
Estimated delivery times:
• Contiguous US: approximately 4–6 business days
• Alaska and Hawaii: may take longer
• Delivery times may be extended during peak periods
Important domestic shipping notes:
• Backordered items will ship as soon as they are back in stock
• A $20 surcharge applies for any address changes after an order has been placed
• We cannot stop or redirect a package once it has shipped
• If a carrier attempts delivery and the package is refused or returned, re-shipping charges will apply

International Shipping
International orders are shipped via FedEx Economy, with an estimated delivery time of 6–10 business days. FedEx Economy is the most cost-effective international shipping option we offer.
Customs and duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties charged by their local customs agency. For most countries we ship to, Montessori educational materials are duty-free — however we recommend consulting with your local customs agency or brokerage firm to confirm whether Montessori educational materials are duty-free in your country.

Shipping Disclaimer
Once your order has been shipped, Kid Advance Montessori has fulfilled its responsibility to dispatch your items on time. We are not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or stolen packages after handoff to the carrier — please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided. Any damaged items must be reported upon arrival or within the 30-day return period. We are unable to issue refunds for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed dispatch.
